last weekend seven of us managed a tour at srimongol.
we were refreshing ourselves beyond the pressure of office works & deadlines.
but it didn't last long.
our respected(!) admin began to sms/call some of us.
you may think what's wrong in it?
there might be any urgency.
nothing wrong.
unless this is very natural to us.
1. why should it be natural?
[we gave them the chance to make it a habit.]

next day at office everything was quite & relaxed.
but a hell lot of administrative meeting was going on.
most of us were unaware of it.
next day at office everything was quite again.
one of our colleague's seat was empty.
all on a sudden they realized that they didn't like him.
in those meetings they blamed him like hell.
in those meetings when they were not able to find any serious fault in his work they accused him for his personality or something that rubbish.
it was simply inhuman.
but nothing changed.
we are working like no one was in that seat ever before.
2. why can't we do something?

one step away from graduation

5th may is the last exam of my undergrad course.
its very pretty thinking that i'm heading towards graduation.
after 5th of may i'll be one step closer to my aim.
this thought is tickling me.
i'm wondering everywhere like the proud school boy after having some innocent achievement.

besides i can now plan for my life & livelihood. there are a lot of inner flow of thought in me; they are just going on & on. this time i'm just thinking of myself, hows and whats and like these.....

my first ever interview of job

at 26 i got a call from sdsl, a s/w firm. this was not big enough so i thought it is easy enough to find there a place for me. and at that very day riyad gave a good news abt sdsl and abt his job there. so, i just going to believe that the interview process is very normal there. but soon i realized that i thinking was so wrong. they are accually searching for people who are skillfull in some way. this is why they wanted to take saikat and no others got any chance till now. they call me for 30th april at 5 pm. me & ashis went there, we waited abt half an hour sitting on sofa, having coffee and hearing the chattering of their meeting. the office was accually a house. so i got there a comfortable feeling but donno when or how to appear before them. so, they kept us waiting ................

after some time mr. riffat zaman call me and make arrangement to sit. he and his colleague went through my resume and then asked me abt my thesis, interested field of programming bla bla bla. nothing hard and nothing special. then i got the point that they had primarily selected some people. so it is very tough for me to break the chain.

no more chat. they leave me telling that they are a bit busy with their foreign deligate or something and we've exams ahead. so they will call me after 5 if they need more people. so this was my first interview.

i donno how to feel this one!

golden grain of time

the rolling stone is about to roll again.
since my littlehood my father was bound to get his work place shifted after an interval of one or two years. i ve to cope my own self with this process and soon i began to like the whole shifting process; as i got some way to be in me. i used to get my big b's bicycle away from home and made ride to western or to the estern side of those small towns. i went through the highway that headed towards dhaka or some times i went to a 'chatal' [rice processing mill that ve some ups and downs]. i used to round the place like a pendulum, the waves made by those ups and downs were the most harmonic part of my bicycle ride. whenever my father got posted i had to change my school too. it was tough to keep track of the new school. but each and every time i achieved some boys as my friends and they always made me easy to feel home there. so, new school was not a fear for me. but leaving all the known faces whom i achieved in 12 months was a terrible thing from my part.
passing through that life i kept a sweet dream hidden in me. and getting a whole 6 years in my college and varsity life my dream bagan to take her place. i got plenty of friend who in my own definition are my intimate one and to my great concern i knew that i was passing the best part of my life - my Golden Grain of Time. it's very easy to imagine the job life along with the family life. but i used to avoid this thinking and made myself busy with my own world. a world full of my will's autocracy. at the very beginnig of my hostel life i realized that i ve to make my shoulder as they ve to carry me the rest of my life.
but friends i am passing through that last grain of golden time of my life. never before i was so busy with a topic that hurts me this much. i am just wandering but dont know where to go. how to keep shamim as he was.
